I'm in no rush for the cue so would happily go on your waiting list. If I swing by and pick the ash from what you have in stock at that time then it would have plenty of time to settle before you started it? I understand cue makers usually have a selection of shafts at various stages of work but I would still get an idea of what the grain spacing, etc would be like on the finished cue.
I never like jet black ebony, seems bland to me, I think a bit of contrasting brown makes it more interesting. When will you be getting more ebony in? If not in by the time I pop round I'm sure we can sort something out, a photo of the selection when you get more in maybe? I may like some that you currently have in stock anyway and no rush if you are too busy, least the initial choices would be made. Not sure exactly what date I'm due to go to Scotland at the moment, will get details nearer the time but hopefully withing a couple of week.
If all goes to plan I'm expected to be in Scotland 30th November until about the 2nd December. Have you a website with your address or could you provide here? Thanks
