Now is mid Jan, I didn't get much luck at all isn't it.
My order (2 cues) was placed on October 2011 paid in full.
I thought full paid may put in priority queue, but seems make it worst LOL.

I believed he is a busy man, so I hardly chase him up. I've fed up of asking for latest status anymore.
Hopefully I haven't quit snooker before he send me some pictures.

FYI, my current cue also TW, around 4yrs old already. No doubt on quality, it does help me achieved several several centuries very comfortable.

He agreed for me to send in my current cue for recondition soon the new one arrive.
But I think should reconsider again and again.

You will get your cues soon mate. Have faith. If trevor e-mailed all his paranoid customers nothing would get made. Remember your waiting on two cues which i imagine might be a longer wait than one.

That's still poor service though, however great the cues are. If you're supplying specialist high end gear to dedicated customers who really want them you can treat them how you want but it's not as if cues couldn't be sold for the going price if someone failed to come up with full payment - look at the two cues Jason sold recently.

Taking full cost and providing nothing for over a year is a liberty in my opinion, I know cuemakers will say they have costs and are not charities but a deposit should be sufficient and not taking that many orders that you can't provide the goods for a year or two shouldn't be difficult.

Captive audience though, can do what you want.

TBF to Trevor he doesn't demand full payment as far as I'm aware and I think its a bit naive to think that just because you are willing to pay the full amount up front that it puts them ahead of others in the queue, pardon the pun!

Everyone knows that one man bands are especially busy and that you are in for a wait, if you haven't got the patience I suggest buying one second hand, there is usually always a few for sale from members on here as well as on Ebay.
