Tip shape

Does this cue tip look to be a decent shape? It's an american pool cue - think it's 11mm.

Looks fine to me and if you have a trawl round you'll find topics started on here about tips where people post pics and compare and just like watching the players on the telly you'll notice different people prefer different styles - whatever works for you.
