Round butt as well ....i spin mine in my hand when i get down onto the shot . Slows me up. Which is a good thing for me .

Hope you get used to it .

This might be a help for me too actually.

I liked the cue from shot one, you always know pretty quickly if a cue is not right for you don't you, but it is my first round butt, so naturally it will take a bit of getting used to.

I'm left handed as well.......but that's where the similarity ends !!!

I remember that i struggled with the flat on the cue and got a handmade cue from Robert Osborne with the round butt .
Went straight down the club and knocked in a 70 break ! Didn't take long for me to get used to the round butt !!!!

          Luck i think !
Still trying to pot as many balls as i can !

I changed to a round butt for the first time during July and it took me 3months to really get used to it, i now don't think i could change back again! Though i play with a maple shaft so don't have the lining up problem but good luck with it, looks a cracker...

Superb looking cue. How come you use such a small tip?

Hazard a guess.. Pool maybe? ( if used for snooker tho, you can really get some fizz on the white with that. Only downside.. You need to cue very sweet and true ).

Yes you're right, I mostly play pool, but don't have any problems playing snooker with that size tip.

Played again last night, it is definitely a keeper - fantastic cue.
