well you know what us snooker players are like!?
Not to sure if its not the combination of the ebony fusing with the lighter mahogany. Maybe?

So as predicted I spliced it, with bloodwood. Did it right here on the carpet, as you do..

Nice work,if you had used darker splices it would look really good.Take it you are single then,if I even look at a tip in the house I am sent out.

Looks very nice, I for one have a soft spot for red/ purple woods for lower splices etc, what are the specs now out of interest?
Don't let the fear of losing be greater than the excitement of winning...

Lol, no Im not! I had 26,27 to myself while they were with the gandperents.. Yeah that would look good! I was gonna use vinners but then I kinda wanted a blend of the brown and red together, anyway, I got some more wood and cues to do so I'll try somthing nice like that next time andy, when I get space and a table or bench to wook on.

              Thanks southpaw,
              57/9.25/29/16oz/15.5bp.
I did a bit of fine sanding around the last 12", before the bridge hand, to get that part totally spherical and wound up losing some of the cues natural power so, I shortened it slightly by replacing the ferrule and it seems to have regained its spring.
I'll indulge and take a few more snaps in natural light.
