The cue in the image above is pretty much exactly the same cue Ross.

Rogers cues were complete in September 2010.

Regardless of what you were told, these cues would have been perfect when they were sent. If anything has gone wrong since, I can't comment on why that may be, but if Roger had any issues, he only had to come back to me to get it resolved.

There is no way either cue would have had any visible split / crack from new.

      Edit to add......

If this was one of the threads you read Ross.... http://www.thesnookerforum.co.uk/boa...evor+white+cue

Then please ignore it. I not big on bringing things to a personal level, but the guy that started that thread was a nightmare, and much of what he mentions within that thread is garbage. I could expand on that and still have some emails from him during that time, and it has to be seen to be believed.

I'm not going to suggest that problems with cues do not happen, as occasionally they do (for ALL makers) but it's a rare occurence and are not at all routine issues.

What I would say about the cue you are considering is that even though it may not have been used a great deal, and even though it may well be almost in as new condition, it's still a used cue, and in my mind, that should be reflected in the price of it.

A cue to that design would cost more than he is asking for it now though, so perhaps that's something to bare in mind.

Hi Trevor, yes i did come across this thread and he looked like a right muppit, completely out of order and this wasnt any reflection on my question at all, I was trying to find out whether a split is normal or if roger is just trying to hide the fact its had a little bash or something.

Well thanks alot for the advice, that's made it alot easier to decide what to do

If the cue doesn't seem right for me when I have a practicd with it next week then I will probably make an order from you

what is the waiting list now Trevor just in case that's what I decide to do, thanks alot for your time
