Peradon Cambridge - New Cue.

Hi TSF,
I have just purchased a Peradon Cambridge 3/4 Jointed Cue, any users or experience with this snooker cue, and what to do with the 'finish', leave it on, go through the sanding process myself or have someone else do it.

A pool team mate has one of these and he had stripped the varnish from the shaft some time ago. I recently retipped it and gave it a clean and oiled the bare wood on the shaft. Came up very nice and he was well chuffed with the result but I did tell him that I would not touch the butt as I am suspicious of the "black" ebony - looks "too" good if you know what I mean
Not a bad cue for the money. Hope you enjoy and play well with your new cue.
