URGENT cue needed (London area)

Mate has had a bit of an accident with his cue and needs a replacement sharpish (before English amateurs).

Anyone have any recommendations about where he can go to try some reasonable stuff out? New or second hand.

Somewhere easy travelling from NW London would be good. Parris we know about.

Couldn't tell you (but I will ask). But I think he would prefer something with a bit of meat in the shaft he doesn't like it too flexible or light. And not not broken in two above the joint would be good...

He just tried my 80's Parris and liked it a lot (3/4 ash ebony, about 19 Oz, 9mm tip). But I wouldn't necessarily use that as template as far as specs goes.

Ideal would be somewhere he can try a few out
