Read about the laminated shaft of maple and walnut concept exculsive to this model Peradon it kind of sounds sounds interesting or is it just another gimmick? they aren't cheap, the "technology is patented" is this advertising BS or is there merit to the design just curious haven't seen it mentioned here before any feedback or comments welcome TIA Rob
