  • Cue Straightening

    Hi Guys,

A friend has a cue which has a fairly bad bend in the distal end of the shaft. How successful is straightening a cue as I have never had the need to send one away for this work to be done.

If feedback is positive, how much would it cost?

Cue is average spec apart from being a little on the short side @ 56" - 3/4 jointed if that makes any difference?

    Also would like it re-ferruled.

    Thanks
    Graham

Would think any of the top makers will do a nice tidy job. Prices vary as they may ask to see it first, robin cook starts at £10 for straightening and £15 for ferrule fitting. They will all do first class work but I've had work done by robin and it was perfect so i can only give an opinion on his work. Be confident of any of the makers mentioned on the forum though.
