I found an old cue in my attic.
On the butt plate it says: The Joe Davis "CLUB" CUE
There is also another little round plate above the butt plate which says: THURSTONS BILLIARD TABLE MAKERS LONDON N.W.1
It is one piece, machine spliced, weighs 17 oz and has a 'fibre' ferrule.
I think the butt is rosewood, and it has a single ebony (I think) splice where the butt plates are.
I just wondered if it was worth anything?
