Wanted to say a BIG "thank you" to Dave and Simon the owners of Craftsman Cues here in Leeds. Once again they have delivered EXACTLY what I requested of them in making a new butt and refurbing my cue for me.
The finish is glass smooth, the balance point is a perfect 17.5" as requested and I am completely happy with all work undertaken.
These guys seem (in my opinion) to be somewhat overlooked in the British snooker world of cue makers and doctors. Work is always carried out to top standards, both are really friendly accommodating and knowledgeable and in these days of austerity are VERY fair in their pricing for all work.
So come on fellow TSF members...give these 2 guys the credit they deserve.

i've not heard a bad thing about them. I'm taking my majestic to them to have it altered in the next few weeks hopefully and there cummunication has been great.

Im trying to order a pro ash cue off then just waiting for an email back to see if they can do it with the ash im after

I ordered a custom 1 piece for a friend a few months back, was completed within 5 weeks and its a real beauty! (not a pro ash shaft i must add)

just order online and they will make a pro ash cue for you. there is a pro ash option. I added. the shaft is beautiful.

I have known both for around 20 years and they are great people to deal with, very fair and the cue making and repair work they do is stunning.

I owned a custom made Craftsman cues with a no. but not bought from them,it is a great stunning cue but without a mini butt and I don't know much about caring a cue although I bought the cue slide and cue wax from them on eBay. I just want to ask did you went to Leeds and give your cue to them with your request or you sent your cue to them through postage? Many thanks.
