        Is this idea taken from those screw-on tip cues that you would find laying around the pub pool table? I remember getting a lot of funk with them cues years ago

          The core is actually made from Graphene, Mike won his 2nd nobel prize with this, his first being for refining alien technology in creating the F1 joint! The mans a frigging genius, and if you don't believe me, ask him! Lol

                When I refer to the ferrule I am including the core which runs into the shaft.

                It's certainly a different hit to anything else I've played with. I know there may have been other cues that have had something similar before and since. I have not tried any of those though so I cannot comment.
