I remember someone posting about using a mix of superglue and ebony dust. Fill and sand back , then refinish.
Dunno if I'd try it on a TW though . .

Hi, i recently found dint in my cue of about 1mm deep in the butt, and read of a technique using steam, boil the kettle and as steam comes up hold the dint in the steam for a few second and remove, and do it a few time until the dint rises, it will leave the wood rough so a bit of finishing would be needed on the area, but it got dint out as best as it could for me, i.e is still slightly visible where it was but is least not dinted and sits level with the area (if that makes sense) i was really happy trying this....(mine was a TW cue and first time trying the idea nad as said please with outcomeLast edited by drury1986; 7 March 2013, 03:39 PM.
