best cue £100-£200

im thinking about buying a cue with a budget £100-£200 and wandering what would be the very best i could get new or second hand. if anyone has a cue that might interest me feel free to pm me. rough spec
Ash 3/4
57-58''
balance around 17
butt 29-30''
tip 9.3-9.6
around 18 ounces
