    how about a picture?
What make of cue is it?
Is the badge 16mm dia circlular, "square", or trapezoidal?
There are many types and there are sources to get replacements

so a "square" badge can be sourced, couple of issues to keep in mind:
        1) What do you have on the replacement badge?
        2) the new badge will be made oversized and will require fitting and trimming down. If not done well (i.e. professionally) could be worst than having no badge

Tony Glover makes replacement badges so could be a good place to start. http://cues.co.uk/nameplates/

what i would do because the cue is not a collectable and prob never will be cut a piece of maple or something glue on and shape, then if you want a badge have a personal round one done and put in

Another option would be to have a new splice and an optional circular badge.
