JPU Order - Status changed

Alright

Yesterday I checked my parris account again as i did on monday also as it'll be 12 months next week when I placed my order and the status changed tto in progress at last. Was wondering from people who have ordered in the past what is the estimate timeframe now for me to when I hear from parris?

Cant see it being still 10 months + surely . 3/4 16" i ordered not a 1 piece

I think its roughly another 6-12 weeks before you should get it. If its gone into production then it means they have shafts ready and its all about getting it to your spec and obviously doing the butt and any exotic woods and splicings you requested. Surely can't be longer than that.

I think you should give him a call and find out the progress from the man him self. I think 2 more month and you will be potting some balls i hope.

Received an email on friday to say my JPU is finally ready, 15 month wait in the end. Has caught me out abit as i was expecting it to be a few more months yet or should i say was hoping lol due to the fact something cropped up recently and had to use the money i had saved up, but thankfully my bros helping me out

On top of that im actually getting along just fine with my Jason Owen cue ha

I still checked every other day but no status change.. 10 and a half months so far for my 3/4 JPU and counting! :snooker:

Many of my friend ordered JPU cue and given the time frame by JP to be completed. They waited but seem that the cue didn't arrive. When informed JP they gave excuses such as they have to select good ash wood and takes time. One of my friend ordered JPU and waited but the cue did not arrive and neither did he know about the progress of the cue. He wrote to JP and was informed that they can't find his order. He was upset and frustrated. I believe many of us around who ahd orderd JPU will suffers this. I wanted to order JPU but having feedback by my friends, I rather not as I feel that JP cannot be trusted. I have lost faith with JP.

Each to their own I guess weather you trust him or not, as for when I placed my order back last year I had no problems at all.

Surely it would have stated in his account when you log in yourself on his website if he had placed an order?
