    bloody hell man!
there's no love loss in their quick phone calls! the lady was very sharp and like other threads about getting referred to the FAQs i got the same answer over the bloody phone!
i thought she'll check my order by taking my order number, that didnt happen!
giving them the benefit of the doubt, i think the don't put their staff on the calls too long so they can spend more time on making the cues. lol

I believe the lady answering the phone at Parris is usually Mrs Parris herself

No problem, though it'll now be tomorrow at lunchtime with work not going to plan today, I've just found out they have only started stocking cue craft cases, so i'll tell you what i found best and the case i go for...

Well i got a chance today to look and purchase another 3/4 snooker cue case, luckily enough he had all the metal cases in stock so i could compare them no problem. Peradon Superior was a decent case for the money(£40), but i thought the lining(foam) let it down a bit and wasn't as tight a fit as the Cuecraft(£55) equivalent, the Cuecraft held the cue better and had slightly better build quality than the peradon overall, so that's what i purchased.

He also had Peradon Halo cases(£65) They're actually nicer looking cases and hold the cue tightly as well, if he had black in stock i may have been tempted, but what he had looked a bit too fancy for my tastes...

So if your looking an aluminium case to protect your cue/extensions, I'd either go with the Peradon Halo or the Cuecraft Aluminium, both excellent cases in my eyes...
