  • Brand new John Parris Ultimate resale value?

My friend is going to receive his ultimate next week.
He wants to sell it right away as he has stopped playing.
He ordered it 8-9 months back.

    It's a 3/4 ash.
    9.5mm
    18oz.
    58in

What would be the value of this cue?

Would need photos. Anything from around 700 pounds up depending on what splicing it has.

depends on design too. Plain black ebony you should get back what your paid for, could get more. They are very much sought after because of the lengthy waiting times so it will be snapped up if priced sensibly. If it were me I'd ask £100 more than you bought it for considering he would have paid less than what they cost now as JP put the prices up about 4-5 months ago. Plain Ebony cue was £636, now they start at at £756 so he might as well make a profit on it considering nobody else can get an Ultimate new for less than that today.

It will probably raise the price another £70-£100 depending on exotic wood used then. I think its fairly safe to say if listed on Ebay at those specs it will be snapped up very quickly for above what he paid for it.
