      four that I know of
      Exquisite Cues (raymo147 on TSF)
      Mac Cues (The Doctor)
      Andy Gibbs (bigandyg)
James Butters (the occasional cue appears on ebay by joolsbrorunner)

      there are probably others

Thanks for reply. I am looking to try a 3/4 maple cue, played with ash for 30+ years. Slightly longer than usual with an extension onto the shaft part for tight areas. Strong cue at the front end. Not bothered about fancy veneers.

have a look at andrewgibbscues.co.uk under Items as Andy tends to have a few pool cues or contact him to have a chat.

Thanks for the mention but myself and James do not make custom cues, either of the other two would do you something special.

ah yes, when I said "chat" I was thinking of a possible modification to an existing cue of yours
question for you though, do you know any other current Scottish cuemakers?

I have a MAC cue that's a one piece maple and I love it.

Get in touch with Richy Mcdonald on here (The doctor) He'll sort you out for sure.

Isn't Edinburgh in Scotland. That's where the best in the world makes cues. Mike Wooldridge.

Correct, Edinburgh is in Scotland but Mike Wooldridge is not.
I believe he is in the Portsmouth area which is down on the south coast of England, nearly the furtherest distance you could be from Edinburgh.
