ok, from website pictures, does look very like a Omin Union with the ebony splices instead of a burr wood of a Hunter.

He has a round badge on his cue so unless its a custom Omin then Union 11 or Hunter

here is what the badge says:

HURRICANE

HAND MADE BY OMIN

MADE IN THAILAND.

ii did ask jack as there is no hurricane model in the omin range, he said that omin made it as one off for jack.
