hi just a question if you dont mind. are they for shaping the tip or shining the ferrule? sorry if this sounds like a dumb question

for burnishing the side of the tip.

Right then chaps, mine arrived this morning and I dug out a cue with a tip that needed a little burnishing and what can I say- it did the job in a matter of seconds. Seems nice quality and very quick and easy to use.

Got mine this morning as well(how efficient are you Andrew?)
Does exactly what has already been said, rather than a £20
I use the back of a bit of sandpaper this does the job quickly &
easily. No excuse for a scruffy mushroom or marble on the end of your
cue with one of these.

Played a bit of pool yesterday and I've always had problems with my tip because I break with it and play with it but this tool just does the trick perfectly, luckily just fits for an 8mm tip but on the 7.3mm tip it just went straight through unfortunately. Think I'll possibly end up buying another so I can keep one in each case! Very nifty.
