Got mine today, very solid bit of kit and does the job perfectly and quickly. Have always used the back of the chalk before, but takes for ever and with varying results!
Also, if you use it to pull a mushrooming tip back in instead of trimming it, it should increase the life expectancy of your tip and keep it playing the same, rather than it gradually becoming more compacted.
Definately has a permanent place in my case now, with the added benefit that it protects the tip, maybe you should send one to Trump?
