Dumb question but is this gadget tapered so as to leave a slight taper on the tip edge? I'm just thinking it must be tapered abit to be able to fit different size tips.

But it doesn't make tip the tapered though..... I've found it to be a handy bit of kit to have in your case.

i have re tipped 3 or 4 cues now using this to do the edges and very good job it does and save me going into the wifes purse to get a 20 pound note!!!!! if they could make it to go down to 7.5mm tip would be good for me!
