Your right Jim, Ebay seems to be a lot cheaper than on here these days, especially auction only.
I've always said that Ebay auctions tell you the true market value of an item, and quite a few of our own members cues have gone for half of what they have been punted at on here.
I know I'm a bit of a hypocrite because i pick up cues, clean them up and stick them on ebay to make a bit of beer money, but i do think the selling of items on here needs some moderation?

Was just thinking if someone gets ripped off and tsf is acting basically as a paid agent could there be any repercussions for the website admin ect?

Not a terrible idea but he'd increase his workload as he'd probably have to begin monitoring all sales etc. which is quite silly as I'm sure he does a lot of work anyway.
