Anyone heard from Trevor White recently?

I also had an email from Trevor last night saying both my cues should be ready to post next week:
1 piece selected ash shaft, amboyna burr with a thick maple veneer 57.5 18oz 9.6mm




There is also another TW cue just being spliced by Trevor now with the same specs that is thuya burr with a thick maple veneer, so 1 of those will probably be for sale once I choose which cue plays best for me out of the 2 of them

I wish you hadn't posted the pic with the amboyna with thick maple veneer. I have a JPU on order with a single long splice of amboyna but having seen the maple its making me have second thoughts. Thanks for that!

Yeh I agree mate, Trevor sent me some photos of the timber available and the piece of amboyna burr he showed me stood out above the rest, I'm hoping it will play as good as it looks. I genuinely can't wait to get them both so I can try them out, at the moment I'm using an Exquisite cue by raymo147 that I borrowed from a friend till my TWs are ready, its a lovely cue but not really my spec

I went for a very simple design , just 4 splices with no veneers . So was hoping for less than the 50 weeks quoted . You never know your luck !

Would like it for the new league snooker season......like many others' I would assume .
