Hi - i've just joined this forum and also just started playing snooker, I am just wondering if anyone could give me some information of the names/makers of good cues for beginners. I'd ideally want a hand made cue as i'm not too keen on the ones you buy from the shops.
I'm aware that I can't just buy a cue and expect it to be good for me. If someone could give me information on weights and lengths based on my stats. I really dont know anything as I have literally just started playing I don't even own a cue atm so I wouldn't know what feels right.
Any information given would be a great help thanks.

Age: 19
Height: 6ft
Budget: £150
I understand this isn't going to get me a cue from the best cuemakers which is why I have came here so I can be advised on good handmade cues for starters.
