EBAY: What to do if buyer doesn't want cue no more?

Hi there guys,

Any advice on what to do when the buyer who has won your auction for cue doesn't want it no more or refuses to pay!

Also fees are still charged to seller, so how can you sort out mess and not get charged!

Your advice please guys as I'm sure I'm not the only one its happen to lol.

Ps. Auction ended Tuesday evening and had 2 messages apologising and I've sent message tonight stating if buyer can settle my fees then I'm ok to forget this mistake but don't have much hope.

If you mutually cancel the transaction using the resolution centre the sellers fees should be refunded. Unless it has changed since it happened to me.

Yeah use ebay's resolution centre and your fees will be refunded. Happens to everyone.

Also add the **** to your banned buyers list...
Unfortunately due to the feedback system eBay use, you have to lube up and bend over.. since the non paying buyer can leave you negative feedback, but you cant.

I thought the transaction was effectively removed if a non-payer was reported to ebay?

no there is a couple of days between reporting a non payer and any action being taken whilst this happens buyer can leave feedback

As Maverick has said just use the resolution centre and get the buyer to confirm the transaction wasn't completed and Ebay with refund your fees......

What's happened to Ebay?? it seems to be getting worse and worse these days unfortunately!!!

correct you need the ky jelly for about 10% of cue sales because some numpty has after a few ales and a game of pool clicked buy it now on your £500 cue! in the morning the fact that he is still living with his mother and earning £70 a week in benefits hits home.

you have to try in order to end up on the list! - i can say for sure several of the retailers share lists it's like a pub watch!
