Quest for new cue

I have been searching eBay for a new cue and have been looking at a JOE DAVIS CHAMPION SNOOKER WORLD RECORD 147 who makes this and any other info would be great

Jrc750 thanks for your reply I love old cues just wish I could afford some of the prices. I have been using my granddads old cue from the 1950s and I wish I knew the make all I can remember is the plate being white and with red writing on thus looking at this Joe Davis cue plus he was always telling me about him and how he was his favourite player is old cue is damaged beyond repair without spending a lot of money to get it fully restored. So its new old cue time my budget is around £80/100.
