Showrooms for testing cues?

I'm in the market for a new cue and live in the northeast and wondered if there's any cue makers in the area that has a showroom so you can go and look at various cues to get a feel for them before buying? Any help appreciated.

Greenbaize! If u want to try first they have a perfect set up for this plus plenty of cues to choose from, would highly recommend them.

I recently used Greenbaize to buy without trying as I live too far away and needed a cue immediately. Stu there is brilliant to deal with and I can honestly say that the GBL I ended up with is as good if not better than the cues I have had from the ''established makers''

And a lot cheaper!

My cue is a GBL cue and I love it. And, as you say, a lot cheaper as the established makers, but just as good.

If you mean the proper north east try Gateshead supa snooker or Renaldi's in Whitley Bay.
Greenbaize and Kippax are like southerners to us geordies cos they talk funny

It's on Marden road just off the town centre.He has cues from budget cues up to top of the range styles.The club is upstairs so the doorway on the street is easily overlooked.
