John Parris Cues

Hello,

Has anyone had the same problem?

I designed a cue and paid the deposit back in December 2011, back then I was quoted 6 - 12 months for the cue. Nearly 18 months down the line and I am still waiting and I am becoming more and more annoyed.

I never receive any feedback from Parris Cues and whenever I email about my order I never receive a reply.

Any comments would be appreciated.

If it's one of their ultimate cues, waiting times are between 18-24 months. Otherwise I would phone them

It is one of their 1 piece Ultimate Cues. I am still very annoyed with them.

As mentioned the waiting times for an Ultimate are long and you are in the middle-ground. I would call them and have a chat. Wont hurt would it...

As been said give them a ring, my emails were answered pretty quick to be honest. my 3/4 16'' jpu took 15 months to get recently. Has your status changed in your account to ''in progress''?? if so going off mine it took aprox 12 weeks after it had changed for me to receive the cue.

just wondered what you guys do whilst waiting, say the cue you are using in the meantime is the ''1'' what do you do with the ultimate when it finally arrives.
I understand that they are much sought after but if you are paying that much for a cue must play to a decent standard and doing well with current cue already,
