I agree with Matt , I reckon that joint is a spiroloc . I have two cues with a double brass ring like that on the joint 1 x Garrison ( Aeons parent ) & 1 x Aeon , the joints are identical.

was gonna mention this before that you used to own it, can remember when it wasn't public knowledge and spotted it in a pic of another cue you was selling at the time.
