  • Crispian Jones Cue

So the wait is finally over and I received my Crispian Jones Handmade cue yesterday, and what can I say, what a pile of rubbish............

OK, Ok, im lying, this cue is amazing, but most importantly I think people should know how amazing Crispian is.

When I first decided to purchase the cue I spoke go a few people for advice, and when I decide to go direct to Crispian I must of emailed him nearly 30 seperate emails asking about how he makes his cues, design ideas, etc. Crispian was amazing and replied to every email in detail. He couldnt give enough advice and even went as far as explaining his manufacturing process etc.

Once I was happy I put my order in, and when I put my order in I mean I requested for every little detail to be to my liking, which Crispian did not once complain about.

Throughout the whole process I was sent pictures of the cue being made, in total nearly 17 photos thru the entire process. He could honestly not do enough to keep me updated on delays, progress and photos to keep me happy. Any email I sent was replied to almost instantly.

Ive yet to play with the cue yet, im waiting for the club to open today to go play, but the quality so far seems incredible, and im comparing this to Parris and White cues ive owned before. I feel though people should see how amazing a person Crispian is, his customer service is by far the best ive ever received!!!!

Anyone thinking of getting a cue or case, dont hesitate going to Crispian! !!!

Yep, got to agree, my Gamay North Wales case is the best thing I own! Top fella too, I hope one day I'll have one of his cues too.
