Cue father as in Mike W, he used to have some, I had an email conversation with him last year about this same subject and he has been trying to find a supplier that he was happy with but I think he has not had much luck.

It is nice but the tip's a little on the small size at 8.5mm (for me, anyway) and I play as well with my cheapo cue so it's for sale

Those big white ones... I don't want one, was just curious.

I alwasy thought they came with the tournament organisers or table suppliers (World Snooker Services).
