Best bet is to probably buy a pre made cue from a cue maker and have it altered to your requirements.

Andy Travis/Jason Owen. You are looking at good cues at good prices & with shorter waiting times. I got my cue from Jason about 6 months ago now & it's the best cue I've played with. Smooth, solid shaft & beautiful splicework.

Andy Travis has several cues in different designs already made up , they would just need altering to your specs. Postage to Austria would be expensive , but the lead time should be short.Hope this helps.
