Its a waste of time glueing them back, the repair man might be able to glue them back but the one playing with the cue will have psychological effect, mentally it doesn't work.
If you read the OP's post you will see that it is a break cue, for smacking a pack of pool balls hard, not exactly the sort of cue if you want to play a delicate screw with side type of shot is it?
