Hi. I sent my cue off to Tony Glover to have the tip size reduced. He was replying to my emails daily before I sent the cue but I haven't heard from him for weeks since he received it. He hasn't even sent me his bank details which I asked for weeks ago so I haven't even paid for it yet. I'm just wondered what the average wait time is for a job such as this? Thanks.

When will I see my cue again?

You'll never see the cue again... as some postie has probably been enjoying it ever since he decided to open said parcel mid delivery!
It shouldn't take long to reduce the tip size and re-finish if need be, would have thought 3-5 days max..?Don't let the fear of losing be greater than the excitement of winning...

The cue was sent recorded delivery with insurance but Tony confirmed he had received the cue 2-3 weeks ago. That was the last time we spoke. I haven't even paid for the service so he won't just send it back. I didn't want to call him in case he got annoyed at me pestering him but I guess I'll have too. Thanks.

I had the tip size reduced by Tony this year too and it took 4 weeks which were 4 of the longest weeks of my life! Doesn't hurt to give him a little nudge by phone or email but don't pester him too much as he has cues to makeLast edited by Stupree; 18 February 2014, 07:01 PM.

How clearly is the packaging marked with your name etc? Did you label or mark the cue in any way with the work that needed to be carried out?

Tony is pretty busy at the moment..... not too busy for a lunch break though ....... so your cue may be in amongst dozens of others, it is possible that if you give him a nudge he may be able to pick it out of the pile.
