  • WANTED a.w. chick birmingham cue WANTED

    so there was this cue on eBay that I was quite keen on and intended to bid but missed the deadline due to work (quite annoyed). since the listing has ended I've decided I really, really want this cue so bad so basically I'm wondering if any cue collector or snooker enthusiast out there has one the same that there wiling to sell to me plz plz

      they are pretty common , but that one looks a decent buy at £100 or so.

        Common I here u say never knew that first one I've seen. Paid just under a £100 and it's getting sent to andy travis to fix up

                Ye and ended up paying more than the cue sold for on ebay wanted it that much. You know when you see something and say to yourself I NEED that well that's what it was like with this just had to have it. It's funny really coz I don't usually like maple cues or rosewood.

                  yep been there but have resisted many times
                  the alternating ebony rosewood butt is not common and can look good.

                    I think it works quite well on this cue not seen many rosewood and ebony alternating splices just hope it plays well that's the important bit

                        Quite right , Dean , I own one of Jims alternating spliced cues , looks and plays great.

                          If it is one that was shown on here IIRC it had very long splicing and looked very distinctive

                            Yes Dean " Post Pictures Of Your Cue " page 256 , post number 2560 , 18th Dec 2011 . The pictures did not do it justice , one of Jims best cues , in my opinion , still played with to this day , great cue.
