    The eBay listing clearly stated the cue was advertised in another medium and could be withdrawn at any time!
    As far as I am concerned when that is stated , it is fair game!

      I don't know the maker but it I believe it may be a Peradon cue. Most of the Lindrum cues were made by Peradon.
