  • Peradon and fletcher. The regency cue.

Hi guys. I recently acquired a peradon cue which I found in the rack at my local snooker club. It has a small plaque on the butt that says Peradon and fletcher, The Regency Cue. It seemed nice so I traded an old cue of mine for it with the owner. It seems fairly old and has a wooden thread on it. It's a half break cue. I just wondered if anybody had any ideas about how old it is or value etc. I've tried googling it but can't find it anywhere. Any help would be much appreciated.

Peradon and Fletcher came together in 1977 and the Fletcher part was dropped in 1994, so I would say the cue was made between those dates.
    is it like this one?

Hi! Yes but the badge is orange and the butt is mostly black with some orange in it.

so probably an ebony butt (the one in the photo is rosewood) with orange veneers.
there was also red and yellow badges as well.
my guess on value would not be much <£50
        anyone else on value?

Hopefully the other cue you swapped for it was not anything special
As long as you like the cue you haven't lost anything
