Which one? How come there are two of them with different woods?

Plus one badge has the 443 at the top and the other at the bottom.
My favourite players: Walter Lindrum (AUS), Neil Robertson (AUS), Eddie Charlton (AUS), Robby Foldvari (AUS), Vinnie Calabrese (AUS), Jimmy White, Stephen Hendry, Alex Higgins, Ronnie O'Sullivan, Dominic Dale and Barry Hawkins.
      I dream of a 147 (but would be happy with a 100)

As far as the dating goes, I have number 424, which dates back to 1999/2000.

maybe he got it in 2005 doesn't mean it was made in 2005 I know my dates are right I can remember my mate getting his shortly
after our club shut in November 2001 and I got mine in September 2006 2 months after my daughter was born one of my mates said it took longer to come than my daughter did and I ordered the cue 1st. I don't think he was making them as much as he is now from 2000 to 2006/7 he jumped from 400s to 900 form 07 to 14 he up near the 3000s now I think.

your right around those date I don't think people was ordering them in the numbers they are today so the 400s could have been over a 2 year period.

funny thing is the badge on the plain ebony cue looks real I have seen a few fake parris cues and the badge is always a give away. if you look closely at a parris badge look inside the wording and it looks as though there are small circular indentations making up the lettering as though it been burnt in I have 2 here with me right now a classic and a superior and they are both exactly the same you have to look closely but if you do I think you will see what I mean.

not saying the cue in the picture is real I don't think it is as by then he was putting the word ultimate on them maybe jp himself could comment I know he is a member. if the badge is a copy its a very good one cause it looks spot on even the colour of the disc look right if you could fake them that good why wright handmade why not just put ultimate? even the leather pad looks right. its a funny one this.

I have seen "405 HANDMADE" but have a question mark next to it, could be a good one, ?

It is in the same configuration of the plain ebony image from Izzyfcuk (number above text), but seeing two cues with the same number is worrying, and why the change in configuration?

If this was "443 ULTIMATE" then I would date that from 2000/2001, being as it is not an Ultimate badge if real then it would be many years before that, late 80s/early 90s?
If over 400 of these number cues have been made, why have we (TSF/traders/collectors) not seen more of them?

how many ultimate cues have you honestly seen 50/100 at most ? how many have you honestly seen 1st hand 10 at most? I have held 4 that's it. 2300 cues might seem a lot but most of the ultimates made you will never see. your talking about 400 cues made 30/35 years ago if your date is right they could be anywhere in the world so its no surprise you haven't seen any or maybe just a few. every time a cue come on here that's a bit different the same usual people start shouting fake straight away and it might be but
from the picture everything looks right apart from the word handmade and there's 2 cues with the same number so 1 is probably a fake this isn't coming out quite as I want it too lol it would be nice to get a answer from jp about these cues instead of just guessing.

it isn't ultimate cue 443 as we have all seen ultimates in the 200s and 300s with the badge he uses still if this cue is a real parris its like you said many years before and probably somewhere in the 80s.
