I would say their cue are par with the top cue makers in the world, if not the best. I have 2 maximus ultimate from them, both are flawless very top quality. my current playing cue.

My playing cue is a 1pc Maximus Immortal, bottom of the range but still a great cue. Getting a Legend Plus 1 pc very soon though The reason i'm changing is I want a slightly longer cue, just hope Stu doesn't flog it!

maximus ultimate etc are on par with the big cue makers in the uk but i dont get is to why the likes of parris,trevor white, wooldridge, coutts etc are still asking 600 quid plus for their cues, i suppose a couple of reasons is they dont need to drop their prices as people would still buy them if they were 3000 quid each and they have built the image so much they dont need to
it seems the more expensive a cue is the more sucked in people get

true and whether the maximus or omin looks a better cue or plays better it wont matter because its not considered 5 star cue

Shipping & duty do cost a bomb, is much much (really huge different) cheaper for us to buy here in Malaysia..... Just next to Thailand.

I have a price list from last year and trust me they were very very cheap with ultimates starting 7500 THB which is under £140 but now GBL and craftsman are their official distributors in the UK so if you wanna buy 1 you have gotta pay well over the odds. Wish I had ordered 1, or 10 last year now lol
