thanks for that thought it was only me that thought no difference. I think both are fake, but seems some people are considered more reputable than others and there copies are replicas whilst others copies are fakes go figure lol

In my mind a fake is something sold on as genuine, a replica states what it is, so it will say this is a copy of whatever it is.

That letter is called an "application" the letter looks 100pc correct so i'd say yes it is. don't ask me how i know about this though
