I speak very highly of Master Cue as i have been Buying/Selling them for over 10yrs as many know but some of his work recently definately not what it was as you would never see this on his earlier cues for sure.

On a Positive note you could put a joint in the Butt of this Cue to straighten the arrows and splicing which i would recommend highly hope this helps.
