If money no object etc etc and given the choice, would you go for a one piece or two piece cue and if so why?
Smee
It's a difficult one, as has been said a one piece has better feel, however I actually prefer a 3/4 cue as they naturally have a bp closer to what I prefer and are heavier naturally
I don't know if it's a case of the grass is always greener, but I have a real itch to get a one piece, I just think you will feel the shot right through the cue.
I played with a 3/4 length mac chambers for the most part, sold it when I was young, now have a second hand 1pc Glover, and I would pick the 1pc if I had to make a choice, even though I have only had a couple of practice session with the cue. The way the cue feels is far more to my liking than the 3/4, every shot feels the same; the contact of the cue ball feels more of a complete shot.
so what are the top ten pro players using - all one piece?
