Can you have a JPU with no number ?

Very short JPU for sale with no number. Can it be real ?

As far as I know there were about 30 ultimate without number

odd specs
a 1 pc and a 3/4 ?
54 inches long so its 3/4 (think got the wrong terminology there)
7 millimetre tip.

so very short and extra small tip and still 18 oz

might be a very good cue, chop it a bit to get the tip size up to say 8mm for UK pool
might be 52" then
