            I noticed this listing

            http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/HIGH-QUALI...item19ed90da3f

in which the seller with zero feedback, says :-

"IN THE CASE OF AN UNSATISFACTORY AMOUNT I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THE TRANSACTION ! ! !"

No indication of what an unsatisfactory amount is ! That can't be right surely ?

Doesnt a statement like that completely contradict ebays selling policy?

The seller just don't want to pay extra money for listing with a reserve price, that's simple .

Not that simple really. A reserve price at least lets you know what the seller will take as a minimum.

Here you have no indication if your offer is acceptable until after the listing is finished.

To quote from one of your most famous movies, Dirty Harry,

I know what you're thinking. "Did he place six bids or only five?" Well, to tell you the truth, in all this excitement I kind of lost track myself. But being as this is a 9mm Trevor, the most powerful cue in the world, and would blow your opponents head clean off, you've got to ask yourself one question: "Do I feel lucky?" Well, do ya, punk?
