I will if it arrives quickly, I'm out the country for at least 5 weeks next Saturday, so I might have a long wait for it.

Just noticed they've just bumped there prices up £20-30 ave already. They had 5 or 6 snake wood spliced cues for £85 the other day, had a look today and there now at £119.

What he said. I got a snakewood emperor in the sale before xmas. I paid £65 delivered (no case or extensions). I have a couple of emperors and an ordinary grand (£31 delivered!). It's a small sample, but in my view they all offer excellent value. The emperors do merit the extra cost in being a little better balanced, with slightly better feel.

I have a (second hand) woods, which i got to compare in a similar price range. I prefer the Grand's, and the emperors more so. Of the cues I have the next step up are my butters cues (around £100 for unbadged, going up). These are better balanced, more stiff, and with a firmer hit. Cosmetically not as good at the bottom end though, and there are some potential issues with the fit of ferrules.

I play with Butters cues, but my snakewood emperor is there or there abouts, and has the edge for pool.

I love how their "handmade process" images are taken from various youtube videos. Mikes and peradon among others.

Just hope it doesn't arrive warped, maple seems to like bending when going to different climates.
