Budget New Cue Wanted

I am looking for a new cue for my son he wants a one piece or 3/4 jointed about 18oz and 9.5mm tip he is on a tight budget of around £120/£180 anybody got any suggestions so far I am watching this James butters on eBay

Not sure how much Phoenix cues are these days but if they are within that budget I would be tempted to go for one of them as they are a pretty decent cue imo
