Think I'm strange if you want but I've never had a cue made specifically for me and kind of want to feel that buzz of waiting for that cue if this makes sense or I'm just nuts

Funny you say that as my email was fired at this Coutts fella last week and it's a week today with still no reply, the only things I can think of is he's like a robot and works 24hrs a day with no rest, his computer doesn't work anymore, or he's earned to much money and don't need new customers, either way his customer service is somewhat non existent and there's not one cuemaker out there who would just ignore a new customers email.

Well I guess that makes it a no then! Understandably busy as he is a fantastic craftsman, although an email to say thanks for getting in touch wouldn't be much trouble.

Before jumping into conclusions, I suggest you wait for his reply.Dave's craftsmanship is second to none and so is personality. I deal with him on monthly bases and never had any issues. Just masterpiece work and great service.
